Keep your film Light Tight! This film stock is subject to “light piping” (also known as “flashing”) when exposed to room light due to its thin base. Please load in dim light and store in a dark camera bag before and after shooting. If storing your film in fridge, freezer or home shelf, store in a light tight bag as well. What is light piping? Read our blog by Leslie Lazenby. Because this film has special handling, we do not offer refunds or replacement rolls if you “flash” your film.

Foto 400 is a high speed black-and-white panchromatic camera film for both outdoor and indoor usage. Its wide exposure latitude makes it especially suitable for use under low light illumination and difficult light conditions. Film is a very good choice for landscapes, offering good separation of green shades and its high contrast and red sensitivity is perfect when you want to shoot under bad light conditions too.

35mm / Hand-Rolled / BW / 24 exp / 400 iso / DX CodedProcess BW

The film is coated onto a polyester base and must be loaded and unloaded under subdued light to avoid light leaks. Please load in dim light and store in a dark camera bag before and after shooting. If storing your film in fridge, freezer or home shelf, store in a light tight bag as well. What is light piping? Read our blog by Leslie Lazenby. Film Washi is an experimental film. Your results are not guaranteed. As with all of our films being shot using vintage cameras, your results are not guaranteed.

RetroChrome is government surplus High Speed Eastman Ektachrome color positive film. Made for industrial and governmental applications, Kodak adds “it is color reversal camera film that is intended for photography under daylight illumination. Among its many applications are news photography, sporting events and industrial photography.” The film is cold-stored 2004 expired. The film performs excellent at it’s intended box speed of 400 iso which leads us to believe that this film has been stored in the “deep freeze” for the past decade.
